Commpose ("we," "us," or "our") operates commpose.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit a project brief through our Start a Project form, we collect:

• Your name
• Email address
• Company or brand name
• Budget range
• Project timeline
• Project brief (free-text description)
• Any files you choose to upload

Why we collect it

We use your information solely to evaluate your project inquiry, respond to you, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together. We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or profiling.

How we store it

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, via Netlify Forms. Netlify acts as a data processor on our behalf. Data is stored on Netlify's infrastructure in the United States.

Third parties

We share your data only with:

• Netlify — as our hosting and form-processing provider (data processor)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We retain project inquiry data for up to 12 months after your last interaction with us. If we begin a working relationship, project data is retained for the duration of that engagement plus 24 months. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
