What this site is

Commpose.com is a marketing website for Commpose, a creative agency. The Site allows you to learn about our services and submit project inquiries.

No agency relationship from a brief

Submitting a project brief through our form does not create an agency-client relationship, a contract for services, or any obligation on either party. A working relationship begins only when both parties sign a separate statement of work or engagement agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Commpose or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Site content without written consent.

Any materials you submit through the project intake form (briefs, files, descriptions) remain your property. By submitting them, you grant Commpose a limited license to review and evaluate them for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We will not use your submitted materials for any other purpose without your consent.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." Commpose makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Site or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Commpose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed $100.

Governing law
